Service Policies – Femelli Hair Spa

At Femelli, we are committed to offering you a unique experience, taking care of your hair and your well-being. To ensure every visit is pleasant and organized, please take a moment to read our policies:

1. Appointments and Reservations

All treatments are available by appointment only, booked through www.femelli.com, WhatsApp, or social media.

Your appointment will be confirmed via email and WhatsApp message two days before your visit.

2. Arrival Time

We offer a 5-minute grace period. After this time:

  • Treatment time will be reduced accordingly.

  • We may only accommodate you if your therapist is available and it does not affect the schedule.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If canceled late or without notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • In case of price increases, the remaining balance must be covered.

  • Rescheduling is easy through the link in your confirmation email (you may modify your appointment up to 4 hours before).

4. Medical Information and Side Effects

You must inform us of any allergies, injuries, sun exposure, sauna use, hot springs, chronic conditions, or medical issues before the treatment.

If you experience discomfort during the session, notify your therapist immediately.

Femelli is not responsible for reactions occurring 24 hours after your appointment.

5. Hair History

During your first visit, we will complete a registration form to create your hair history and ensure a safe, personalized service.
It is important to inform your therapist about all chemical or previous procedures done to your hair.

6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for services or products, except in cases of:

  • Severe chemical damage caused by Femelli.

  • Expired product (proof of purchase required and must be reported within 72 hours).

Please review your product before leaving the establishment.

7. Claims and Guarantees

Any concerns about the service must be reported at the end of your appointment.

Bye Bye Frizz and Liso Therapy treatments include a 5-day warranty. To make the warranty valid:

  • Complete the follow-up form.

  • Visit the branch in person for a hair assessment.

  • Photos are not valid for warranty claims.

  • Not following aftercare instructions voids the warranty.

8. Minors

We welcome clients of all ages, but minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The adult must remain inside the spa at all times.
You must complete a brief form and follow spa rules.

9. Payment Methods

Accepted payments:

  • Website, PayPal, bank transfer

  • Cash and all major credit/debit cards in-store

If you don’t have a Mexican bank account, we can send an invoice to your email.

10. Promotions and Gift Certificates

  • Monthly promotions: valid only during the launch month, not cumulative, not reschedulable. Must be applied at booking or shown in person.

  • Flash promotions: valid for 15 calendar days and must be paid in full to be redeemed.

  • Gift certificates: valid for 30 calendar days. Must present a photo or physical certificate.

Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless specifically stated.

11. Hair Therapist Assignment

You may select your preferred therapist when booking. If unavailable, one will be assigned based on scheduling.

All our staff are highly trained to provide safe, professional service.

12. In-Spa Rules

  • Beverages: courtesy drinks are for in-spa use only.

  • Companions: No companions or children allowed (except minors receiving service with an accompanying adult).

  • Conduct: Respect toward staff and facilities is required. Failure to comply may result in removal from the establishment, and the full service fee will apply.

13. External Product Policy

We do not apply or use products brought in by clients that were not purchased at Femelli, for safety, warranty, and quality-control reasons.

14. Photography and Social Media Policy

We may take before-and-after photos or videos for promotional use.
If you do not want your image to be used, please notify us before your service begins.

15. Health and Safety Policy

If you show symptoms of a contagious illness (flu, conjunctivitis, scalp infections, etc.), your appointment will be moved to protect everyone’s health.

If you have a contagious scalp disease (e.g., ringworm), we cannot provide service.

17. Punctuality for Long Sessions

For treatments lasting more than 2 hours, if you arrive more than 25 minutes late, your service may be rescheduled to avoid affecting the results and other clients.

18. Results Policy

Results may vary depending on your chemical history, hair condition, and hair type.
Some cases may require more than one session to achieve the expected outcome.

19. Home Care Policy

To prolong treatment benefits, follow the aftercare plan recommended by your therapist.
Not following these instructions may reduce the duration and quality of the results.

20. Mandatory Deposits to Book

A deposit is required for all services:

  • $200 MXN (therapies)

  • $400 MXN (Japanese Head Spa & Bye Bye Frizz)

  • $800 MXN (Liso Therapy)

Deposits may be paid via bank transfer, website payment, PayPal, or in-store.

Rescheduling can be done through the link in your confirmation email (up to 4 hours before).

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

21. Treatment Changes

If you booked a specific service but upon arrival choose a treatment with a higher price, you must cover the price difference.

Saturday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Sunday: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
